As a subscriber when do my boxes arrive?

If you’re a direct debit or bundle subscriber, on the 18th of every month your order for the following month’s box is processed. You will then receive your exclusive evilo box in the first week of the upcoming month.

Order before December 18th to get access to our very first January Gratitude box

Is shipping free?

All Australian orders of boxes qualify for free shipping. For international orders please contact us at hello@evilobox.com to curate a unique shipping plan with competitive pricing.

All other products (ie. non box products) will have shipping calculated at checkout. For domestic Australian orders a flat fee of $10 is added at checkout. 

Do you use sustainable packaging?

We care about our world and know every little bit counts. That's why all of our shipping materials; including boxes, mailers, shipping labels and wrapping are made from 100% recyclable and biodegradable materials.

What's your returns and refund policy?

We only offer returns or refunds on faulty or damaged products - if you believe there is an issue with your product please reach out to us at hello@evilobox.com
